Curso para Eliminar el Estrés para Cuidadores en español

Enfermedades crónicas

El programa gratis en español consiste de 10 sesiones semanales de 90 minutos. Está diseñado para eliminar el estrés de las personas que cuidan a sus familiares.

Los participantes recibirán los medios y las técnicas para manejar más eficazmente el estrés que pueden sentir al cuidar de otra persona y mejorar su bienestar.

Se proporcionarán recursos completamente gratis incluyendo una guía en español.Los participantes recibiran un incentivo al final del curso. Presentado por la Biblioteca Gail Borden y Age Options. 

Los cuidadores profesionales no son elegibles para participar en este programa.

The free program in Spanish consists of 10 weekly sessions of 90 minutes. It is designed to help eliminate the stress out of people who care for their family members.

Participants will learn techniques to effectively manage the stress they may feel when caring for another person and improving their well-being. Participants will receive free resources including a Spanish workbook. Participants will receive an incentive at the end of the course. Presented by the Gail Borden Public library and Age Options.

Professional caregivers are not eligible to participate in this program.
