Experience how posture alignment therapy helps eliminate pain. Wear comfortable clothing as we will do gentle movements and stretches while sitting. Managing pain and aging gracefully involves investing in ourselves so let's heal together!

Dr. James Kearns educates people experiencing pain on the causes of their injuries, by teaching effective, sustainable prevention strategies that create optimum health and pain free living. He has impacted the lives of hundreds of patients for over 27 years, through his dedicated work at Northwest Healthcare Center.
