Have you ever gone into a room and forgotten why you went in there? Tonight, we'll learn about the memory process, including types of memory, and strategies for helping with everyday forgetfulness.

Join Molly Hofer, family life educator with the University of Illinois Extension, for our three-part virtual series on Brain Health. Tonight is Part 2: Hold That Thought. Have you ever walked into a room and then have no idea why you're there? Most of us have! In this session, we'll explore the different types of memory and learn tips and tricks for dealing with everyday forgetfulness.
