Natalie Pendergrass of Sacred Spirit Bodyworks presents a transformative journey of relaxation and rejuvenation in her program "Community Sound Healing." You will immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of various instruments like singing bowls, chimes and drums, expertly crafted to promote deep relaxation and inner harmony. Attendees may bring along a mat or blanket and a pillow as needed for comfort.
