“Not too little, Not too much, just right!” is the mantra for the Swedish lifestyle called Lagom. The philosophy is based on creating a life of harmony, moderation, and self-advocacy.

"Not too little, Not too much, Just right" is the mantra for the Swedish philosophy of life called Lagom. Presenter Jan Peterson Hincapie will explain this lifestyle, which is based on harmony, moderation and self-advocacy. We'll learn how we can incorporate the concept from one of the happiest countries in the world into our lives to experience a happier, more productive existence, while improving balance and finding greater joy in everything we do. Our speaker will also set up and share a small collection of Scandinavian folk items.
