Dessert Tacos

Today is National Taco Day. What is the only thing better than savory tacos? Dessert tacos! Join Miss Jen on Facebook as she whips up these sweet-filled shells.

This recipe requires:

1 muffin or cupcake pan

1 cookie sheet

foil

1 circle cookie or biscuit cutter (3" - 4" diameter)

1 sharp knife

1 package of larger sized tortillas

an oven

2 bowls

1 stick of butter 

1 cup sugar

4 Tablespoons cinnamon

filling options (whatever flavors and foods you enjoy)!

possible fillings....
whipping cream
fruit (strawberry, blueberry, apple pie filling)
nuts
marshmallows
bananas
ice cream
coconut & pineapple

chocolate syrup
