The arrival of Spring brings warmer weather and the chance to play outside! Join Miss Jen to whip together a tasty treat that gives us the energy to play and enjoy our outside activities.

This recipe requires:  

9" square baking pan

cookie sheet

foil

cooking spray

mixing spoon or spatula

large bowl

saucepan

oven and stove

2 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup honey
¼ cup unsalted butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup creamy peanut butter (or sun butter)
½ cup roasted, salted peanuts (optional)
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
