Kids Explore: Your Skeleton (Grades K-5 VIRTUAL)

Pick up kit at Main Library from Jan 16-Jan 22

No bones about it- human skeletons are cool! Let's learn about our bones and make a skeleton to take home. Registration required.

**NOTE: Please register separately for each child planning to attend this program.**

The leg bone's connected to the... what bone IS it connected to? Let's learn about the human skeleton and make a bony friend to take home.   

This program has supplies to be picked up at the KidSpace Youth Reference Desk at the Main Branch, 270 N. Grove Ave, Elgin. Program supplies will be ready for pick up between Monday, January 16th and Sunday, January 22nd.  All registered participants will receive an email with the Zoom login prior to the program date. If you would like to pick up the supplies at the Main Library Drive-Up Window instead of inside the library at the Youth Desk, please call the youth desk at 847-429-4685 at least one hour before arriving at the library. 

Program Supplies in the bag:

Various paper plate "bones"

15 paper fasteners/brads

1 piece of twine

1 half sheet bone labels

1 "Name that Bone!" sheet

Program Supplies to gather at home:

Scissors

Glue Stick

Tape

Pencil

If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your registration so a student on the waitlist can join the event.  We will be taking attendance at the programs and staff members reserve the right to move a registrant to the waitlist if they are found to be consistently absent from registered programs.
