COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinic, including pediatric vaccines (ages 5-11). Located on the second floor in the Elgin Room. By appointment only.

Available vaccines: Pfizer 1st & 2nd doses. Pfizer pediatric 1st & 2nd doses (ages 5-11). Pfizer and Moderna boosters.

Located in the Elgin Room on the 2nd floor at the Gail Borden Public Library, 270 N Grove Ave, Elgin, IL.
