Why did Ancient Egyptians mummify their dead? Join us to learn about mummies and "get wrapped up" in some fun activities! Registration required.
**NOTE: Please register separately for each child planning to attend the program.**
After learning some facts about mummification, we will set up an experiment to "mummify" an apple and make a Shrinky Dink cartouche charm that you can bake at home.
This program has supplies to be picked up at the KidSpace Youth Reference Desk at the Main Library (270 N. Grove Ave, Elgin). Program supplies will be ready for pick up between Monday, January 10 and Sunday, January 16. All registered participants will receive an email with the Zoom login prior to the program date.
