You will have the opportunity to train in a live Zoom class taught by certified instructor, Erica Bough AND have access to her video library so you can continue your practice on your own. The focus is on building strong Tai Chi principles. Adult class material is based on the Sun 73 Forms exploring principles including body structure of alignment and weight transference, and moving in a slow, continuous motion with gentle resistance. These principles contribute to strengthen deep stabilizer muscles resulting in decreased hip, back and knee pain, reduced anxiety and overall improved health
