Join us for a dynamic presentation by children's author Charles Waters. His book, Can I Touch Your Hair?: Poems of Race, Mistakes, and Friendship, won many state awards, and is an ALA Notable Book.

Each child participant who registers….will receive a FREE copy of this book (limited to 300 registrants)!

All registered participants will receive an email with the class Zoom login and instructions for picking up their free book and Program Kits. These are available on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last.

Program kits will be available for pick up at the Main Library from February 8-February 15.

Per the publisher, this book is recommended for ages 8 +.  All ages are welcome as it is intended to inspire conversations within family.
