Join us on Facebook Live to learn how to bake mini pumpkin pies. As the treats bake, we will read stories.

Please gather these ingredients before the program:

For Mini Pumpkin Pies:

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 ounces) 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 can (12 fluid ounces) Evaporated Milk, (Or substitute with equal amount Lactose-Free or Almond Cooking Milk)
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (I will be using frozen pie crust and thawing it to room temp. before the program) 

Bake at 375 degrees F at 22-28 min. or until crust is golden brown.
