Calling all craft sewers, cross stitchers, embroiderers, seamstresses - anyone who uses needle and thread to create. Come join this welcoming group where you can inspire and be inspired. Bring your own projects and enjoy a relaxed & creative space with fellow textile enthusiasts. Occasional mini workshops will be offered to help you increase your knowledge and sewing skills.

April 18th - Meet your machine. a demonstration on how to use your machine and all the accessories (feet) it came with. 
June 20th - All about patterns - Explanations on how to get the right size, buy fabric, layout the pattern, mark the fabric and understand the directions for assembly of the pattern.
Aug 15th - Rope bowls and coasters. This can be hands-on if they want to participate. I can bring rope to make a small coaster and demo the bowl. 
Oct 17th - Simple alterations on clothing you've purchased. 
Dec 19th - Making and attaching binding
