Discover how your subconscious beliefs shape your thoughts, emotions, and confidence. In this guided session, you will explore hidden patterns, reconnect with your inner self, and leave with simple tools to support personal growth and healing.

Coach Mya Velasco, founder and CEO of HappyLife Nation, is a bilingual Registered Nurse, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Sound Healer committed to exploring the deeper layers of human experience. She trained under renowned hypnotherapist Paul McKenna, PhD, holds certifications from Mindvalley and Life Changing Energy, and is accredited by the International Alliance of Professional Complementary Practitioners (AIPCP).

This program is in partnership with Algonquin Area Public Library District, Ela Area Public Library and Cook Memorial Public Library.
