Meet Stephanie Kaczynski, the founder of Finding Our Way Mindfully, a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor. She will lead the group in gentle movements that are a combination of yoga and qigong. The class begins with participants seated in chairs, followed by approximately 15 minutes of standing movement, and then a return to seated practice. However, individuals are welcome to remain seated for the entire session if they prefer.
