Why Eat Whole Food
1.    Whole food is food in its natural state, is unprocessed, and is real food.

2.    Whole food is loaded with important nutrients, antioxidants, contains no added sugar, is high in fiber, and is naturally low in sodium.

3.    Whole food helps keep blood sugar stable and helps with weight management.
