Laugh for the Health of It

Join us to laugh just for the health of it! This program features laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques to help us feel happier and attain greater well-being.

Laughter truly is the best medicine! Exercise Physiologist Debbie Friend brings us "Laughter for the Health Of It." Featured during this class: an overview and history of using laughter for well-being and exploring the mental, physical and emotional benefits it brings us. We'll learn the importance of daily laughter and experience a 30-45 minute Laughter for Health practice. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No special clothing or equipment required. Just bring yourself and your laughter!
