Featured during this class: an overview and history of using laughter for well-being and exploring the mental, physical and emotional benefits it brings us. We'll learn the importance of daily laughter and experience a 30-45 minute Laughter for Health practice. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No special clothing or equipment required.
