Check In Time For All Registered 9:30-10AM. Walk Ins Will Be Limited And May Not Be Seen Do To Limited Time And Staff.

Kane County Circuit Clerk Theresa Barreiro and staff along with other judicial partners will also be on hand to provide additional information to help you file. Register now! Walk-ins will be limited. For more information contact the Kane County Circuit Clerk's office at circuitclerk@co.kane.il.us. Please note we are only able to assist with the Expungement and Sealing process for cases that took place in Kane County.
