This trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness program is designed specifically for teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, and emotional overload. Limited yoga mats will be available. Please Register

Through gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and healing music, participants are guided to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their inner selves.

This program is inclusive, beginner-friendly, and culturally aware making wellness accessible for all.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
